Roosevelt Garden is a two-phase, 200 unit apartment community located in Orangeburg County, just outside the city of Orangeburg. The property is located off of Magnolia Street, the main thoroughfare through Orangeburg and is only two miles from Interstate 26, the major Highway that links Orangeburg to Columbia, South Carolina. The community is comprised of 26 two-story buildings with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.
