Quail Ridge is a Class B, 296 unit apartment community located in the Woodhaven submarket of Fort Worth, Texas. Built in 1977, Quail Ridge is a garden-style community and is comprised of 27 two-story buildings. The community is conveniently located on Interstate 30 connecting Dallas and Fort Worth and adjacent to an elementary school and city park. Residents have a short 15 minute commute to the west of major employers in downtown Fort Worth including Bank One and the Medical District or 10 minutes to the east of the entertainment district of Arlington with major employers such as The Ball Park at Arlington (home of the Texas Rangers) and Six Flags Over Texas.
