1972, Royal Crest is a garden-style community and is comprised of 25 two-story
buildings. The community is conveniently located near major employers such as
Baptist Health Care, Sacred Heart Health System and the University of West
Florida. Residents enjoy easy access to Interstate 110 and Interstate 10. The
property provides a common laundry facility, pool and a variety of 1, 2 and 3
bedroom floor plans. Royal Crest was damaged by Hurricane Ivan and about $1
million of insurance-covered rehabilitation and repairs is expected. The
hurricane additionally reduced the supply of units available in the submarket
and has increased the occupancy at the property.
