Hillcrest is a Class B, 298 unit apartment community
located in Euless, Texas, a northern suburb of Fort Worth. Built in 1984,
Hillcrest is a garden-style community and is comprised of ten two-story
buildings and a leasing office. Euless is one of the "mid-cities" in northeast
Tarrant County. The main local economic driver is the Dallas/Fort Worth
International Airport. The property was adversely affected by the recent
