We started on the shores of South Carolina 20 years ago, and over that time we’ve outgrown our Atlantic borders and transformed hundreds of thousands of lives in six states in 45 communities and 35 cities. With a mission to provide all people with a place to call home, regardless of their financial status, age, and mental or physical well-being, we’ve turned those two words into thousands of possibilities.

Our passion for real change, guided by our sometimes imaginative, often innovative and always trusted process, has helped our residents not only improve their own lives, but improve their communities through their transformation.

Urgent Notice:

Dear AHF Neighbors,

The health and well-being of our residents and employees is a top priority. As we closely monitor the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, Atlantic Housing Foundation is currently postponing resident services and activities beginning on March 16, 2020. We will reassess in two weeks and at that time we will respond accordingly based on the current recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control andPrevention.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends each person do his or her part to contain and prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is just one way that AHF is prepared to help contribute to this effort for the health and safety of our community.

We will monitor the situation daily as it develops and will resume our resident events as soon as possible.

The CDC suggests keeping yourself informed as new information is released and following public health advice. For additional information, follow your local news, your local health department, and the CDC 2019 Novel Coronavirus website: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/.

Dear AHF Residents:

Amid growing concerns of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), our teams are taking additional
precautionary measures to help prevent the spread of the virus at our community and are
asking for your help to do the same. Let’s all work together to keep our community healthy! We value the life and safety of all of our residents as well as our team members. As a result of these concerns, we will be enacting the policies and procedures below.

These policies are effective 3/16, will you receive a follow-up notice for any adjustments
to the procedures below.

* Our offices are open during normal business hours, but the doors will be locked. We will
meet with residents by appointment only (recertifications, move-in, move-out, etc.).

* If a rent dropbox is unavailable, please contact the office to make an appointment
to pay your rent.

* Rent Cafe payments are highly encouraged during this time.

* In order to limit all non-essential person to person contact, appointments will be required
for in-office procedures. Please reach out to us via phone or email.

* Our team will be completing Emergency Work Order requests to keep essential systems
in working order. At this time, we will not be able to resolve routine requests, though we
will do everything we are able to responsibly provide maintenance services to our
residents. Please continue to submit any and all work orders as they arise.

* All non-essential amenities will be closed at this time. Essential amenities such as
laundry facilities will remain open.

* We are asking for about a 6-foot radius between persons to limit the transmission of
fluids per the CDC recommendations.

* Packages will not be received in our offices during this time.
